Big Fat Sandwich: Bringing 3 Brands under 1 roof

Don’t go on the name of this place as it must be giving you a feeling of some place just offering sandwiches, right? Well, well, there’s more to it than just sandwiches.

Big Fat Sandwich is 1st of its kind in Delhi bringing 3 big brands i.e, Blue Tokai, Miam Patisserie and Big Fat Sandwich under one roof.

For the Uninitiated,

Miam Patisserie is the brainchild of Chef Bani Nanda who brings French inspired pastries with a twist to the Indian Palate.

Blue Tokai is the brainchild of Matt Chitharanjan and Namrata Asthana connecting people with Indian Coffee farmers

Big Fat Sandwich is the brainchild of childhood friends Anant Kataria and Siddharth Manchanda bringing Delhi’s very first Gourmet Sandwich/Burger brand. They are Architects turned Food Connoisseurs.

One of their travel expeditions to Netherlands where they made sandwiches for breakfast by experimenting with bread and some veggies was the biggest inspiration behind this brand concept which also gave birth to one of their famous sandwiches ‘The Morning After’.

Located in Hauz Khas Market,BFS is yet another place having a chilled cafe vibe and can definitely be your new hangout, specially if you are bored of Cafe Coffee Day and are looking for something new.

Suggestion to the management:-

I feel that the team needs to work a lot on the Sandwiches as being a part of the brand name, they were just fine and in fact, the chef’s special, which was suggested by the staff had nothing special or intriguing about it.
